My stay at Hotel ZaZa was a good experience filled with unique decor and a vibrant atmosphere. The staff's customer service was excellent, making me feel genuinely welcomed. However, while the food was delicious, my room showed some signs of wear and noise from the nightlife was a bit disruptive during my stay.

I had a fun yet uneven experience at Hotel Zaza. The room was gorgeous and spacious, but the soundproofing was a major issue. While the staff was mostly friendly, the front desk experience was lacking. The extra touches, like snacks and poolside refreshments, were great, but some services fell short, especially housekeeping.

The Metropolitan room I stayed in was stunning and large, but the soundproofing left much to be desired as I could hear activity from neighboring rooms and the hallway.

My recent stay at Hotel Zaza Dallas was a mixed bag. I loved the spacious and well-appointed rooms, especially the great water pressure in the shower! The valet service was great, and the warm welcome with drinks was a nice touch. However, I was taken aback by the strict no food delivery policy, which seriously dampened my experience. 😕 Overall, it felt like the hotel had a lot of potential, but certain policies really impacted my stay.
Rooms

The room was spacious and nicely decorated, but one drawback was a lingering pet odor that was addressed with an air purifier.

I recently stayed at Hotel ZaZa Dallas, and overall, it was a lovely experience. The location was perfect for accessing local restaurants and attractions, and I loved the unique and beautifully decorated King room I had on the 4th floor. However, I did encounter some inconsistencies, particularly with the cleanliness and housekeeping services during my stay, which was disappointing. Despite these issues, the overall atmosphere and the attention to detail made it nice.

My King room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was large, offering plenty of counter space, and I particularly loved the amazing shower with great water pressure. However, I did experience some noise from the elevator and neighboring rooms, which detracted from the comfort at times.

The service was hit or miss. I found the pool and valet staff to be genuinely friendly and helpful, but the front desk seemed uninterested and I felt somewhat dismissed during check-in. The turn down service was excellent, with cute extras like moon pies and water by the bed.
