Hotel Zaza Dallas, Dallas

My stay at Hotel ZaZa was a good experience filled with unique decor and a vibrant atmosphere. The staff's customer service was excellent, making me feel genuinely welcomed. However, while the food was delicious, my room showed some signs of wear and noise from the nightlife was a bit disruptive during my stay.

I had a fun yet uneven experience at Hotel Zaza. The room was gorgeous and spacious, but the soundproofing was a major issue. While the staff was mostly friendly, the front desk experience was lacking. The extra touches, like snacks and poolside refreshments, were great, but some services fell short, especially housekeeping.
